DAM SEN CULTURAL PARK

If Ho Chi Minh City is likened to the “Pearl of the Orient,” then Dam Sen Cultural Park is considered a “green oasis” in the heart of the city. Spanning over 32 hectares, it features a vast lake with crystal-clear blue water and a fresh, airy landscape.

Dam Sen Cultural Park is an integrated park offering a diverse range of entertainment with more than 35 attractions catering to all visitors. Thrill-seekers can test their limits with the Roller Coaster, Power Surge, Acrobat Carp, or Phoenix Flight. Children can enjoy themselves with the Dragon Glide or Childhood Carousel. Meanwhile, seniors can relax while staying active with swan paddle boats, the monorail, or the Ice Palace.

The park boasts exceptionally rich flora and fauna, including rare tree species such as Dipterocarpus alatus, Hopea odorata, and Cannonball trees. The zoo successfully breeds rare animals listed in the Red Data Book, such as Asian elephants, giraffes, hippos, Sumatran orangutans, and yellow-cheeked gibbons. Additionally, the large aviary conserves and successfully breeds species like the Lesser Adjutant, Painted Stork, Grey Heron, peacocks, and African ostriches.

A system of restaurants, cafes, and food stalls is distributed throughout the park, notably Stone Garden Cafe, Saigon Cafe, and the Dam Sen Water Restaurant, offering visitors a diverse blend of Vietnamese and Chinese flavors.

On major holidays such as the Lunar New Year, Western New Year, and the Hung Kings’ Anniversary, Dam Sen Cultural Park frequently organizes special cultural and artistic activities, including artistic fireworks displays, parades, and impressive, fun-filled street performances.
