With the goal of enhancing destination service quality and promoting a civilized, hospitable tourism image, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism launched the program “Each Tourism Business is a Friendly Destination” in 2024, continuing to expand and scale it throughout 2025. The initiative aims to leverage the role of local authorities, elevate the social responsibility of tourism enterprises, and honor destination spots that are friendly, safe, and appealing. This collectively contributes to improving service quality and fostering a sustainable tourism environment.
